**Note: the knee can be knocked out of alignment either towards the middle of the body or towards the outside of the body so there is A and B version of the brace. If there was trauma to the leg please do the maneuver below to determine which brace is best for your leg.

For best results, check the sole of your shoes to look for even wear.  If the wear is uneven, consider getting an orthotic either at a local department store or podiatrist to minimize strain on your knees and get maximum benefit from your knee brace.
